My 2011.
Dear friends, just in case you are all wondering where I was the past year, watch this for answer. Sorry for being missing in action outside my Academics sphere.
To my sisters, I hope that I was able to serve and perform my Astrea duties and responsibilities well. And that I made my Master Initiator proud of what I was able to contribute. Hello, since my neo days to this entry, her “wag mo ako ipapahiya” reminder was well inculcated on my mind.
The explanation. (Insert drama scoring)
It was my choice to focus on Astrea last year. To dedicate most of my free time attending to general meetings and chikahan sessions, soliciting funds, and running errands. It is as if I were still enrolled in Civil Law. My reason? Probably because I know in my heart that it might be my last chance to serve without hearing “ang epal naman” remarks. Everyone knows that I am no longer a resident sister (save for J. Javier who is urging me to become the next MES. Ahaha), hence I fear that my proactive, reactive, aggressive and blunt tendencies might be misconstrued in the future.

Perhaps, one of the reasons why I like the Former MES (to the point of being dubbed as private secretary) is because she made me feel that I am a resident sister regardless of what school I am enrolled in. She gave me the chance/s to spearhead on some projects. She often asked for my two cents knowing that I am going to object/counter some. Sorry, am your everyday Kontrabida. Ask Clarabel. Ahaha. For those chances and opportunities, thank you.

Hahaha! Tulog na! :-p no prob, dami ko utang syo and sympre ikaw yung isa sa mga sis na maasahan ko at close sa puso ko! Hahahha! Thanks sis for all the effort and sacrifices, without u i cant make it as mes. Nagiging kampante ako pag anjan ka salamat ng marami! :-)

I feel so proud to be one of the 2011 officers. No regrets. Ad astra aspira!
